Rewire your subconscious mind and break through the blocks that hold you back.
During a hypnotherapy session the hypnotherapist will guide you through an induction process to facilitate an Alpha brainwave state. You will be deeply relaxed and fully conscious at the same time.
What’s an Alpha state?
The human brain functions on four primary frequencies or brainwave patterns. These are:
Beta: This is when you are going about your day to day activities, fully in the realm of the conscious;
Alpha: This is like that twilight state just before you fall asleep or just before you wake up;
Theta: A deeper state where the brainwaves are longer, similar to a dreaming state;
Delta: Deep sleep.
In an Alpha state, we suspend the brains critical-thinking function so that we can access the subconscious mind.
Once the client is in an Alpha state the hypnotherapist helps the client explore when and how self-limiting beliefs were acquired.
These past experiences are then viewed in context in order to find meaning in them.
Once the client has an understanding of when, how and why the self-limiting beliefs were acquired, its time to stop those beliefs in their tracks.
In one sense these beliefs are “plucked out,” and then its time to rewire.
After the elimination of self-limiting beliefs, new, liberating beliefs are programmed into the brain. Initial programming is established during the session.
This will be followed up by a voice recording, customized for, and based on, the client’s needs. This recording is no longer than 20 minutes and, because the brain learns through repetition, the client should listen to this recording every day for a minimum of 21 days.
Coaching is a process whereby I facilitate you in the accomplishment of your goals, whether those goals are to change your career or get unstuck with some problem.
Having a professional coach can also help you realise that your goals are attainable, establish and act toward achieving those goals. A great coach can provide a safe place to gain perspective to make your goals feel achievable—no matter what obstacles may come your way.
Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) is a person-centered non-interpretive technique designed to reduce the emotional charge of a Traumatic Incident; whether it be hijacking, assault, mugging, or the death of a loved one. The idea is to take the sting out of the event, and hopefully, reduce the pain.
Having said that, techniques used in TIR are cathartic and can lead to surprising moments of insight, so TIR can be used even for getting “unstuck.”
